ShineCheck is an iPhone app for solo mobile detailers and pressure washers. It turns the job photos you already take into a signed condition check at drop-off, a branded before/after report your customer opens in any browser, and a 9:16 reveal video you can post. It’s in development, with a TestFlight beta coming soon.
How much does ShineCheck cost?
Free covers unlimited photos and 5 reports a month. Pro is $12.99 a month or $99 a year for unlimited reports, signed condition checks and reveal videos. Crew is $29 a month for up to 5 people. The first 50 pros on the waitlist can hold Pro for $59 a year, locked for life, with nothing to pay before launch.
How is ShineCheck different from CompanyCam?
CompanyCam is built for construction teams, and reviewers report plans starting around $49 a month for a single user. ShineCheck is built for one-person detailing and washing businesses: a signed condition check before you start, a before/after report the customer opens, and a reveal video for social media, for $12.99 a month.
Does it work with no signal?
Yes. Photos, check-ins and signatures save on your phone and sync when you’re back in coverage.
Does my customer need the app?
No. They get a text or email with a link that opens in any browser. The signed check-in PDF goes to their email.
Is the check-in legally binding?
It’s timestamped documentation with their signature. Strong evidence in a dispute, but it isn’t legal advice or a contract. Pair it with your own terms.
Is there an Android version?
iPhone first. If enough Android pros join the list, Android is next. Sign up and mention it.
Does it do invoicing?
No, on purpose. Keep the booking and invoicing app you like. ShineCheck does photos, proof and reports.
What if I cancel?
